Karen Lederman is the founder and President of Laser Skin Solutions, Inc. and Laser Consultants, Inc. She has more than 24 years of experience in sales, management and marketing and has helped more than 250 physicians with adding lasers to their practice. Since establishing Laser Skin Solutions in 1999, her passion has been all things anti-aging, traveling the world with her husband Sam and more recently raising two teenage girls!

Shelly Kramer, ARNP, is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Aesthetics and Laser treatments. In addition to Aesthetics, she has an extensive background in Women’s Health, Internal Medicine and Family Practice. Her medical aesthetics experience includes, training at the Hollywood Institute of Beauty, Klinger Advanced Aesthetics in New York, Cutera™ Lasers “Train the Trainers” course. She has also trained many physicians and nurses about laser procedures, BOTOX® and Juvederm™.

Cathi DeThomas, CME, has been part of the Laser Skin Solutions team as a provider of laser and skin care services since 2001. She is a Medical Aesthetician, Electrologist and Laser Specialist. She is the Laser Safety Officer at Laser Skin Solutions and teaches physicians and nurses advanced techniques in laser hair removal. Cathi has a passion for knowledge and seems to read everything related to lasers, anti-aging and yoga!
